We are glad to offer our Customers great value and services and is proud to offer both local and international shipping services. If you happen to be from one of the locations that our courier cannot ship to, please contact us at email. We will respond to you at the earliest time.


As the Incoterms quoted to you is Ex-Work (EXW) Seller’s warehouse, we are not responsible for any custom fees (including import duty, VAT/GST) once the Parts have been shipped. By purchasing our Parts, you consents and agrees to pay the custom fees (including import duty, VAT/GST) when they arrive in your country and declared by DHL.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to unforseen circumstances tracking is not available. In this case, you may contact our customer service via email for enquiry. For logistical reasons, Parts in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you have multiple item checkout at the same time.
